Common questions

How do I sign in?

Use the Connect Strava button on our homepage or product pages. Strava requires starting OAuth as a proper request (not by typing the auth URL in the address bar).

How do I stop AnvilPlan from accessing my Strava data?

Revoke the app in your Strava account: Settings → My Apps on Strava, then disconnect AnvilPlan. To request deletion of data we hold about you, email the address above from your account email and we will process it as soon as we can.

Billing or AnvilPlan Pro

Subscription and invoices are handled in Stripe where enabled. For receipt or card issues, email us at the address above with the email you used at checkout.

How fast do you reply?

We aim to respond within a few business days. Complex bugs may take longer; we will acknowledge receipt as soon as we can.
